2nd Row is Fatima's Fabulous Cardigan Fabulous Cardigan
Parts of it are knitted as flat panels and parts in the round. The finishing is crochet. Complete crochet instructions are included. This written pattern accompanies a complete video series which is free and fully covers the subject so the pattern is a convenience, not a necessity. It may be used with or without the video series. This design is the result of a major collaboration between The Answer Lady and Fatima. Fatima is the creator of the design. The videos, sizing and instructions are by the Answer Lady. Parts list for replacement Addi crank.
This is the crank Jack shows you how to make in the YouTube video. It does work well. If you make one, remember these cautionary notes: 1) support the crank when not in use.It is heavier than the original and we don't want to stress the shaft. 2) you must crank with the machine at the edge of the table or the crank will not rotate. 3)Altering any machine voids the warranty. 4) Don't be too speedy. This could damage the machine. Just be happy that it is now less tiring to crank at the same speed.
